About this Episode

This episode is very close to my heart.

This fear of failure is what I struggled with in my tennis career. I froze with fear.

What is fear? Here's a definition from the dictonary;
It is being afraid of someone or something as likely to be dangerous, painful or harmful.

What is painful when you are playing sport?
It is losing!

It's painful to lose, but what is worse is frightened of losing and worring about losing. Because, what are you focused on?

Our minds are so powerful, so that when you are focused on losing your mind will look for ways to have you lose.

In this episode we work on creating 3 strategies to overcome the fear of failure. They are covered in great detail in the episode, however below is an outline;

    Craft your Bravery Strategy.
    Listen to this episode Bloodline Code: Unshakeable Grit. It is discussed in detail in this episode how to craft your Bravery Strategy.

    Embrace Failure As Feedback.

Here are 5 Questions you can answer as part of this LOSING = FEEDBACK

  2. What didn't work?
  3. What are the lessons I learned?
  4. What do I do now I know these lessons?
  5. How do I apply these lessons into my next performance/competition?

  6. CRAFT YOUR T-CODE "Tiff Code"
    The T-Code is explained in detail in the episode The T Code Your Code For Success
    Once you have designed your T-Code then you must repeat it daily.

Get out your notebook, take notes and starting crafting your 3 strategies to overcome fear of failure.

Have an absolutely awesome day and remember, Dream Big, Believe In You & Go After Your Dreams.
