If I can just keep working through this, I can make it to the other side and I will get there!

But, we can't because what happens as we hit burn out, we start to feel sick and you know we ignore that feeling. That's what I was doing, I was ignoring it, but it is my body saying, "hey Tiff, it's time to back off!"
