<p>In everything we do whether it be sport, career, business or life we are being thrown challenges and obstacles, and it will be how we deal with the curve balls that will build us into being mentally tough and being able to take on any hurdle that is thrown at us.</p>

<p>Most people don&#39;t prepare for everything, they just wish it was a smooth ride every single time. But hey this is life, we are on a roller coaster. It is how we deal with the difficult times that will give us the times that we can really enjoy.</p>

<p>In this episode we are going to identify your mental toughness philosophy. What is it?</p>
