We talk about it in much more detail in this episode but here are the questions I want you to work through.
Rate Yourself For The Following;
1. Do you believe in you? (rate 1 - 10)
2. Do you believe that your sports goals/dreams are possible? (rate 1- 10)
If your rating is below 10, then ask yourself the questions and answer them;
1. Why don't I believe in me?
2. Why don't I believe that I can accomplish my sports dream?
To develop your belief in you is to understand that it will be a work in progress, just like your sport it is a work in progress.
Therefore to move forward we are going to start with 3 simple actions steps;
1. Have a mantra (of positive messages)
"I believe in me"
"I have greatness in me"
"I believe my sports goals are possible"
Listen to motivational speeches/podcasts (feed your mind with positive messages).
Awareness - when you notice you are thinking negative thoughts, stop and say those 3 positive messages in Number 1.

PHASE 1: GET CLEAR
1. What do I want to do?
What are my biggest obstacles?
What is my end of year reality?
PHASE 2: IDENTIFY OBSTACLES
1. Make a list of all your obstacles.
For each obstacle - name that obstacle... then ask these following questions. 
Why is it an obstacle? 
What to do about it?
PHASE 3: WHAT'S NEXT
1. List all of your "what to do about it" responses from your Phase 2 answers.
That's all you need to do here from this episode.
Then in the episode following this one.
I will show you how to plan it all out for the next 6 months so you can get to work on your sports goals.
Make sure you get out that note book, ready to get your sports goals and dreams on paper and out of your head.

Step 1 - 2 Questions
1. What is your big vision - your big ultimate sports goal?
2. How long will it take you to get there? (be real).
Step 2 - The 5 Phase Vision
In this 5 Phase Vision we work backwards from your big ultimate sports goal (being Phase 5) back to where you are now in achieving your Phase 1 Vision (your first goal - it's the first stepping stone to your Ultimate Sports Goal.
Here's how you do it;
1. Phase 5 Vision is ? (Your Ultimate Sports Goal)
2. Phase 4 Vision is ? (Your goal before the Ultimate Sports Goal)
3. Phase 3 Vision is ? (Your goal before Phase 4 goall)
4. Phase 2 Vision is ? (Your goal before Phase 3 goal)
5. Phase 1 Vision is ? (Your first goal that will lead you to Phase 2)
Step 3 - Your First Goal (Phase 1)
Listen to the episode to ensure you have your key elements in place, then answer these questions below;
What is your Phase 1 Goal?
What routines must you have in the morning?
What routines must you have in the evening?
What type of training must you do?
What type of skill development must you be focused on?
What type of training must you incorporate to perform under pressure?
What type of system must you have in place to track and evaluate what you are doing?
Once you have answered all those questions...
You will need to plan out your Phase 1 Goal to get to Phase 2.
